At Girlie's Bling & Things, we strive to make our customers happy.  If there is a problem with any item you purchase from us, you have 7 days from time of delivery to you to contact us about the problem.  We will do what we can to make it right. 

 

I will only accept returns if the item is defective or the wrong item was sent by mistake. Girlie's Bling & Things will inspect the item before a decision is made.  If we view the item as defective, then a full refund of that item will be credited to your credit card, or you can request a gift certificate for that amount. 

 

I do not accept returns on items because you changed your mind.  Make sure the item you purchase is the item you want.
